Center Grove is one of the largest and most competitive athletic programs in the state.
Center Grove High School enrolls close to 2,900 students and competes as an independent rather than in a conference, which tells you something about the level they schedule at. The corporation serves western Greenwood and most of Bargersville, so the talent pool feeding those teams is enormous.
Enormous talent pools cut both ways. There is real coaching and real competition, and there are also a lot of good athletes who never get individual attention simply because of the numbers. A kid can be genuinely talented at Center Grove and still spend four years as one of ninety.
Our speed and agility work is open to athletes in any sport, which matters here — Center Grove families are often running football, basketball, or track alongside soccer. The mechanics of accelerating and changing direction transfer across all of them.
The same for every athlete, wherever in the county you're driving from.
Each session currently runs one night a week. As a night fills, we add another — for foot skills and speed & agility alike. Joining early gets you first pick of nights.
